Reliance Metro Airport Express: Re-establishing the Brand in the Digital Space

This project was given to us with an objective to re-launch their Facebook page and Twitter handle, which in a way is more challenging as we had to maintain the brand personality yet give it a new aura.

Strategy mainly focused on re-instilling the trust amongst our consumers and creating a pro-active customer relationship management and response mechanism while communicating the fact that Reliance Metro Airport Express is the most efficient and comfortable way to travel.

This digital campaign was successful in achieving its goal, which was of building the faith of the consumers in the brand and helping it gain astounding visibility in the social media space, as a considerable increase in the fan base on their Facebook page and followers on Twitter was seen.
